Milly is a long distance mountain runner, teacher and author.

In 2014, Milly ran the OCC, a 53km mountain race with over 3000m of positive ascent. This was her first race longer than a half marathon, and after achieving a Top Ten Female result, began racing in the UK and abroad, partnering with Salomon as an ambassador.

Taking on this race opened a new set of dreams and challenges, leading Milly to run and race in the mountains and share her adventures. This race was documented in a short film for the BMC.

Milly is also a teacher, having worked in an international setting as well as in the UK. At the heart of Milly’s teaching is the message of promoting confidence and self-esteem to both Primary and Secondary school years, having previously coordinated a curriculum centered around the nurturing of confidence in speech and performance, as well as worked as an Academic Coordinator and is now completing training as a Level 7 SEN Access Arrangements Assessor in the UK.
