I recently posted a vlog that myself and Trail Running magazine editor, Claire Maxted, made on set at the mag's photoshoot. It was such a fun day, and great to catch up with Claire's running story and advice on a sport we both love!

The photographers Bob Atkins and Adam Atkins were amazing all day and took some great shots! I thought I would share some with you.

Trail Running magazine photoshoot

I am really excited to share with you my recent photoshoot with Trail Running magazine. At the shoot I teamed up with the editor, Claire Maxted, to bring you a vlog of what it is like on a running photoshoot with the magazine. We had so much fun, and it was great to work with such a fantastic running magazine that I highly recommend to anyone wanting to read up more on trail running.

So here is our day, behind the scenes at Trail Running magazine photoshoot!

For Fit Friday! This week, I had the chance to vlog with Claire Maxted, editor of Trail Running at their photoshoot for the magazine. Here we have a 'behind the scenes' of what it is like to be on a running photoshoot, and a chance to meet some of the brilliant team behind a great running mag for trail runners.

Sportswear and Travel

Happy Bank Holiday! I write this now having arrived in a sunnier place - really psyched to be in Italy!  I've been told the Lakes is a great place for running, so hopefully (aches and pains permitting!) I can get some time on the trail. Yiiphee!

This week I caught up with the team at Outside Shop, as well as Salomon.

If you haven’t been, Outside it really is the place to get sportswear. I have been coming here ever since running in the peak – it’s great for picking up anything from a new pair of running shoes, deciding which running pack to get, or to simply stock up on gels. I come with friends many a time to just get a snack at the café before heading outside (a big part of any outdoors trip centres around meeting up with mates to then grab a coffee and a sandwich) . It’s friendly, the guys know their stuff when it comes to sport generally, and it’s a bit of a day out just visiting the store! Many of the people there have some great stories and adventures to share.Really excited to be working with them, and really appreciate their recent support with Salomon.
